Beginner Surf Lesson Poipu
Learn to surf with a beginner group lesson at Kiahuna Beach on the sunny side of Poipu. This 1.5 hour lesson is suitable for first-time surfers or those with very little experience. Group sizes range from 1 to 8 people, with no more than 4 surfers per instructor to ensure quality attention.
Important Information for Kids
For children aged 6 to 9, private lessons are recommended to guarantee more waves and personalized coaching. Semi-private and private lessons allow younger students to progress at their own pace, which group lessons cannot always provide. No refunds are given if students cannot complete the lesson due to ability.

- Private Lessons (1 person): $225 per person, ideal for kids 6-10 years old
