Surfing Lessons at Kalama Beach Park, Maui

Experience the best way to try surfing with Action Sports Maui’s 2-hour lessons at Kalama Beach Park, Kihei. Since 1996, the school has offered lessons for all levels with a focus on safety and respect for the ocean.

Lessons include simple instruction and easy-to-ride soft-top surfboards. Experienced instructors surf alongside students, providing encouragement and guidance. Classes are available for individuals and families, with semi-private and private options for children under 11.

Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in the ocean. No lessons are available on Sundays and public holidays.
