The Combo provides shore entry diving in Kailua-Kona for certified, non-certified, and refresher divers. Options include one tank (2-3 hours) or two tanks (4.5-5 hours) with diverse marine life sightings.
The Combo
This diving option is available for certified divers, non-certified divers, and refresher divers in Kailua-Kona. You will be driven or shuttled to the dive site, gear up with your guide, and enter the ocean by walking from shore.
The dive site features many species of reef fish and corals, with possible sightings of octopuses, turtles, eels, reef sharks, or dolphins. The one tank dive lasts approximately 2-3 hours, with an optional second tank extending the experience to 4.5-5 hours.
Please note the recommended wait times before flying or driving to altitude after diving: at least 12 hours after one dive and 18 hours after two or more dives.
Meeting point is Kona Shore Divers at 75-5660 Kopiko Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. Languages supported include English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
