Training – Abby Cancellation and Change Policy

Go Tours Hawaii requires 48 hours notice for cancellations to be eligible for a full refund. Less than 48 hours notice or no-shows may be charged full price without exception.

• Tour changes require 48 hours notice and are subject to availability
• Go Oahu Cardholders must validate their card on the day of the tour or will be charged full price
• Snorkeling may be limited during winter months due to high surf
• Trips run rain or shine but may be canceled for unsafe weather with options to reschedule or refund
