This tour is beginner-accessible and suitable for all ages and experience levels but requires a higher level of physicality and commitment compared to other waterfall rappelling options.

The tour operates only during low water conditions; if water levels are too high, the tour may be relocated or rescheduled with appropriate refunds or credits. All gear is provided, and the meeting point is at Umauma Experience in Hakalau.
