Wai’anae – PADI AWARE Dive Against Debris at Makaha Caverns
Participate in a meaningful underwater reef cleanup as part of the PADI AWARE Dive Against Debris® program. This event focuses on removing marine debris from the reef and lava tubes at Makaha Caverns off O’ahu’s west coast.
- Duration: 2-3 hours.
- Meeting point: Wai’anae Small Boat Harbor; arrive 30 minutes prior.
- Included: weights, in-water guide, light snacks and refreshments.
- Not included: dive equipment, gratuity for crew, reef safe sunscreen, swimwear.
- Special requirements: no flying within 24 hours of diving; dive sites subject to change based on conditions.
