Embark on a 1 hour 45 minute whale watching adventure with Malama Charters Hilo departing from Wailoa Harbor. The tour heads past the breakwater to areas south off-shore of Blonde Reef, Puhi Bay, and Leleiwi Bay.
The boat may travel north towards Pepe’ekeo Point and Onomea Bay to view the beautiful coastline of Hilo Bay, where spinner dolphins are often seen and humpback whales migrate, court, and give birth.
Tour times are at 8 am and 11 am daily, with a minimum of 4 persons per trip. Final prices include state taxes and fees. Cancellations made 72 hours before the trip are fully refunded.
