This combined experience by Yoga Floats is suitable for all levels with no prior experience necessary. The session begins on the beach with a safety briefing and paddle technique introduction, followed by a leisurely paddle in the calm waters of Ala Moana beach where you may spot turtles.
After a 30-minute break, participants enjoy a SUP yoga class anchored in waist-deep water, focusing on balance, core strength, and ending with a floating savasana. Life jackets are provided for those who are not confident swimmers.
