The Family Surf Lesson provides a fun and personalized surfing experience for families at Ukumehame Beach. This 90-minute lesson is suitable for children aged 5 and older and accommodates all skill levels, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.
Tailored Equipment and Instruction
Each participant receives new NSP P2 Soft Surfboards tailored to their needs, long-sleeve UPF50 rash guards, and surfing booties. For younger children, long-sleeve wetsuit tops and float vests are available. Expert instructors assess each family member’s abilities and customize the lesson accordingly.
Best Times to Surf and Flexible Scheduling
Morning sessions at 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM are preferred due to optimal wave conditions and lighter winds. Afternoon lessons may be offered when conditions allow, with options for customized start times upon request.
