• All equipment provided: paddles and life jackets
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before booking; full charge if cancelled after 48 hours. Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before activity without charge.
• Group cancellations of 4 or more require 7 days notice to avoid 50% charge.
