Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson in Kailua
The stand up paddle lesson offers a comprehensive 2-hour guided introduction to SUP along Kailua’s pristine beach and out to Flat Island. Participants learn basic paddling strokes, turning techniques, and balance skills under expert instruction.
This lesson includes all necessary equipment such as an NSP 11’6″ stand-up board, DLNR offshore islet landing permit, EVA foam deck pad, surf leash, snorkel mask, boogie board, and beach mat. After the lesson, guests enjoy 2 hours of beach time to practice or relax.
